Helen Kelly

Helen is a Managing Director in FGS Longview’s Calgary office. With close to two decades of experience as an investor relations and capital markets executive, Helen advises boards and executive teams on high-stakes situations including activism, contested M&A, major spin-offs, and leadership transitions—strengthening investor confidence, expanding global institutional ownership, and shaping investment narratives that enhance credibility and support long-term valuation. Recognized by Institutional Investor as one of Canada’s top IR professionals, she previously served as Director of Investor Relations at Teck Resources, Vice President of Investor Relations at Aritzia, and held senior IR positions with MEG Energy and Suncor. Helen is actively involved in the community, serving as a non-profit board director and mentoring young women in business. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
